[TYPO3-shop] Invoice & delivery address

Hi,

1) If I select the shipping  method as "pick up in store" then I need to 
hide the request for invoice & delivery address in the next screen in 
the basket.

2) I also need to introduce some new variables (input fields) during 
order processing

Are the above possible?
If yes..  any hints how to do it
