[TYPO3-shop] tt_products disabling typo3 when table, fh_library not present

This severe bug has been in bugtracker for a long time already.

I would have to do some more changes in tt_products for this, because it
inherits as well from the fh_library.
A correction in TYPO3 Core would make more sense, because this error
will occur for every extension which adds a new dependant extension.
In the future there shall be a wiki link in the EM. Before someone
installs an extension he shall go to the wiki page and read all warnings.
You can propose a new entry in the bugtracker to write a restauration
tool. The user clicks a button and TYPO3 is restored to a stable version
of the last backup state.
