That is what I like to say, too.
The problem with the dev team for ext commerce is not that nothing was
provided!
The problem is, like with many other teams, the *communication*.
Nothing is communicated, so nothing ios provided! This is a totally
normal (re)action. So no need for the team to grumble.
Communicate things in a way that many people get this information -
communicate "open" like the intension and passio0n of "open source
software" is.
So if things are communicated properly people are very willing to
contribute -> because they know what they are contributing for!
I have to say it again:
Many people are really hot for this extension but the team just keeps
quiet.
I, and the open source community can not understand this!

BTW also a REAL time scedule in the wiki or project page will do wonders
for people reading - so they don't ask every week, when ext will be ready!
So please do not mistake me! Be sure this is a way of constructive
critizism . noting else!
