[Typo3-shop] CSS styled tt_products template

Dear folks,

We've finally started with a CSS styled tt_products template.

We have so far converted the HTML code of the following "area markers" 
into semantically correct XHTML 1.0 Transitional and have added CSS 
classes to control every single part of the template:

     * ITEM_LIST_TEMPLATE
     * ITEM_SINGLE_DISPLAY
     * BASKET_TEMPLATE

The shop system in not yet fully configured as you will notice. I'll try 
to do that asap.

I'm also planning to translate Els Verberne's dutch templates for the 
creditpoint and voucher system, as well as the gift certificate feature. 
Any volunteers are very much welcome ;-)
