[Typo3-shop] Tax by region

Here in the states products are usually subject to a state sales tax if 
the buyer lives in the same state as the product is being shipped from.

If the product was shipping from New York to a client in New York then 
that client is subject to an 8.25% tax.

But if the client lives in Texas than there is no tax.

How would I set this scenario up in tt_products?
