Yes the articles have different prices for the sizes. Do I need to 
create nearly 3*n article records for n products?
But the price is same/consistant for all products.

example:

product-1 size-L = 50
product-1 size-XL = 100
product-1 size-XLL = 150

product-2 size-L = 50
product-2 size-XL = 100
product-2 size-XLL = 150

There can be a situation  where we have
product-1 size-L = 50
product-1 size-XL = 100
product-1 size-XLL = 150

product-2 size-L = 50
product-2 size-XL = 100

 (size XXL for product may not be there)
