actually if I created a class and tried to call its method then it was 
just not calling the method. But if just create a function and call it 
like below the function does gets invoked but without much helpful 
parameters to the function.

plugin.tt_products.externalFinalizing.userFunc = user_myMethod

Anyways thanks for the well written mail. .. I am going for the hook as 
suggested by Franz Holzinger in this thread.
