[TYPO3-shop] Can shopvisitors change order of list

Hi again

Maybe just a misunderstanding, so let me try again...

The shopadministrator can easily change the order and I know how to do that. 

What about my shopvisitors? Maybe one visitor likes to order the productlist by
price and another one prefers to order it by the name of the product, etc. 
Can this be done on-the-fly and how?

And another question...Can the shopvisitor use filters to select products. One
example: The shopvisitor likes to view all products from category „cables“ that
cost up to 20 Euro (not more). Any ideas?
