[TYPO3-shop] mbi_products_categories an Field category in tt_prducts

this number is used internally in the TYPO3 backend.
If it is wrong, the result is undefined. I think it should be sufficient 
if it is not 0 when there are entries in the mm table.

In versions of tt_products <= 2.5.1 this has been used in FE as the 
category uid, which is wrong with mm tables from mbi_products_categories.
