[TYPO3-shop] problem listing selected categories and mbi_products_categories

Set the pid_list and recursive.
Set the pageAsCategory in the EM to 0.

Set the defaultCategoryID.

The mbi_products_categories has only been tested successfully in the new 
version for mm tables.
