[TYPO3-shop] categories

I want to setup up a shop with such a tree::

Laundry
    - Liquid Products
    - Powdered Products
Housekeeping
    - Floor Cleaners
    - ...

I saw some entries in forums. But they were to old or not very detailed.

I already instaled the extension mbi_products_categories. But I don't know
what I should do know.  Sorry for that question. But there is no
documentation.
