I was looking through the bananaGuard site and saw that categories were
placed on both the shop root page and into the articles sysfolder. Some
of the categories are in both lists. As the demo site for tt_products,
it does not have the latest setup so, I have some questions.
I have looked through the threads about categories and there does not
seem to be a consensus as to the best way to set up categories.
Obviously once they are created I can use cat2menu to create a menu for
selection but, what is the best setup?
When creating products in the BE I cannot select more than one category
from the categories list as it throws an error. So is there a way around
that limitation or do I have to do something like this.
'Product type page or sysfolder' [photos]
product 1 [image]
product 2 [image]
product 3 [image]
product 4 [image]
category A [client name]
category B [black and white]
category C [color]
'Product type page or sysfolder' [logo mugs]
product 1 [2001]
product 2 [2002]
product 3 [2003]
product 4 [2004]
category A [client name]
If I create individual pages for each category, should they be
sysfolders or pages ?

p.s. Franz, are you still in need of documentation on this issue?
