By contacting the 'chief translator' for your language you may 
contribute yourself. It's actually a very nice tool, a simple form where 
you can see other language strings for a given lang file (for a given 
extension), and fill out the ones for your own language. As soon as the 
head translator approves your work, the translation may be included when 
downloading Extensions from TER, by checking the 'most recent 
translations' in the extension info dialog.
