[Typo3-shop] shop does not take values from list to basket

Hi all,

i just implemented the newest shop version 2.x.x on typo3.8 linux.

The problem is that valiues from listview are NOT transfered to basket.
I used template "products_template.tmpl".

as far as I can see [AFAICS];-) the mrker ###FORM_NAME### is not 
replaced, but why?

I do not want tó make changes on the class, otherwise I will get probs 
when updtaing..

Any hints or suggestions?
