NO, the tt_shop wouldn't be able to handle this.
Please read the document on typo3.org about this.
There is a short statment.

BUT: We are going to include an payment class for Typo3 which is 
actually developing. So this class could be included in an own
"UserGroup Selling" class for selling the content over an group access.

We planned this one time for an customer, so you could write me an email
about this.

This isn't also planned in the tt_shop but we are working on this point
with the DAM, so you could contact me about this too :-)
