[Typo3-shop] price calculations.

B.T.W. I noticed the banana guard shop some time ago and was trying to 
implement it on my test site so that i could fiddle around with the options.

An example next to some basic theory is always very educational. But I 
had a difficult time understanding how to configure things.

So I decided to read , among others, Typoscript by example and it helped 
(relation between setup field en constants field, templates etc. got 
explained) but sometimes I'm having difficulty understanding ( or 
actually reading between the lines) how and where to configure all the 
options you specified in the swx file about tt_products. What I told you 
some messages ago: I would be glad to extend it so that people that are 
less skilled can also successfully implement a tt_products extension. 
But first I have some work to do of my own.

Attention: this is not, I repeat, NOT criticism towards you. Just my 
experience.

sorry for the long messages, this thing (tt_products) is just so close 
to what i need and its going through my thoughts all day long.
