[Typo3-shop] error described on wiki page... but what is solution?

Hi,

I am fiddleling around with the extentsion and this is the second time that 
all off a sudden the code field gets to be a selector box when it used to be 
a field in witch you had to type the code part yourself. What is going on? 
Ok marc, so what did you do then when this so suddenly changed? Well... I 
upgraded the css_styled_content thingy and installed the extension 
kickstarter. And I also changed the page type from advanced to standard to 
see if it had any affect, but I changed al that stuf back (although I still 
have no idee what it is good for). The error still remains. I found out that 
I can insert the code manually via phpMyAdmin in some table somewhere and I 
did that the last time it happend but that is not a solution. Does anybody 
have a solution/hint/tip....
