You have to fill out the requiredInfoFields table fields separated by
comma. If you do not use AGB then you have to set PIDagb = 0 ,too.

I could not find it. Maybe the numbers have been changed?
If you find it, you should put this info to the
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Ext_tt_products page as an extra chapter
e.g. 'examples'.

Yes, this would be good. But it still depends on Kasper's opinion. Some
people like to upgrade without doing any job. So I make it this way: I
declare some behaviour as 'deprecated' in the manual (e.g. priceNoTax is
deprecated since now). 3 years later this behaviour will be deleted
then. So everyone had enough time to rewrite his shop a bit in order to
be able to use further updates.
