thanks for that, but that was obvious =:o)
if you want to have variants, you have to to use the semicolon os 
optionSplit parameter to set the options, and that was not so obvious and i 
only found out by digging the source (bevor htat, i tried comma and |).
so: for t-shirts with different color and size enter "red;green;blue" in 
variant1 and "S;X;XL;XXL" in variant2.
