Verify the sections ###ITEM_LIST_TEMPLATE### and 
###ITEM_SINGLE_DISPLAY### in your HTML template with that of the example 
templates example_template_bill_de.tmpl or products_template.tmpl .
Or post these 2 parts of your not working template here.
