the bill and delivery feature still needs some development. The bill and 
delivery HTML pages are created in the folder "outputFolder" of your 
setup. So you can have your bills where you want them. See the 
bananaguard.de template example how to insert ###BILL_TEMPLATE### markers.

The link to the bill will be created with a standard German text only.

Any suggestions?

Micheal Stucki suggested to replace the HTML bill by a PDF bill in the 
future.
