[Typo3-shop] tt_whats_the_new_shop_extension_name

So everybody is talking about the new commerce extension. And also it is 
very confusing that some talk about ext_commerce, tt_shop, new 
tt_producty etc. etc.....

So finally my question:
  - *when* is the new shopping ext (equal what it is named... ;)    ) 
ready for download? Some said 15th of July 2005 -  but this timew has 
passed...

- *what* is the exact new and official name for the new commerce extension?
- *when* will it be available?
  - *where* is clear - it should be in TER ;-))

Would be kind if somebody who's involed in dev, could answer my few 
questions...
