You can deinstall tt_products and drop the tables
tt_products, tt_products_cat, tt_products_language, 
tt_products_cat_language, sys_products_orders, 
sys_products_orders_mm_tt_products, fe_users,

All the data of these tables will get lost if you did not make a backup 
file.


Then reinstall tt_products and empty tables will be recreated.
