[Typo3-shop] Bug? SEARCH & LIST on the same page

On a page I have the plugin in SINGLE mode in the main column, and then on 
the same page another instance of the plugin in SEARCH mode in the right 
column.

When I go from the page in LIST mode to the page in SINGLE mode, I get the 
SINGLE display in both instances of the plugin. Also in the one set to 
SEARCH.
