[Typo3-shop] deutch text and shipping_title

Hi,

I'm now working on automatically creating a bill. With almost the latest 
version (2.2.2.1). I found out that the text is hardcoded in the 
class.tx_ttproducts.php. So if you're also looking for changing it you'll 
find it on line 3605.

I also saw that shipping_title isn't shown on the Bill. Can someone help me 
how I can fix that?
