That`s the problem, but if we have one XML IMPORT/EXPORT function,
it could be easily changed. And as you said, I don`t no a better thing.

I send a mail to the opentrans team, to ask which experience they have
especially with international aspects.

Maybe we could have a look at xml.org or at oasis
