[Typo3-shop] New tt_products

great to see that this is going on!

Just one comment:

If you really plan to start with tt_news instead of the current tt_products
then this will most likely be impossible to keep backwards compatible.

I suggest that then you should come up with a new extension, e.g. tt_shop.
