I fully agree with you. I think most important is that someone plays the
leader. I think there was somebody willing to take over this part but
neither me nor my mailbox can't remember his name...

BTW, I just wanted to add an initial ChangeLog to the repository but don't
have sufficent permissions. So who do I have to ask for this?

FYI, I also did a diff between the current CVS version on typo3xdev and the
extension from 3.6.2 and there are absolutely no differences! This means it
is the original tt_products we are starting with.
