[Typo3-shop] Avoid extension chaos please

Hi all,

recently, there was a discussion on the typo3-english list about the many
different RTE extensions that mainly do all the same but have some little,
different enhancements.

Having a look at typo3.org I see that there is just another extension that
simply enhances the tt_products extension with a sorting field.

Extending extensions would be fine BUT you can only install one of them, so
tt_products cannot be extended by two extensions.

This is why I'm asking you (WHO is the project leader?) to get in touch with
other tt_products developers to merge your work so that there is one main
extension. All others should be marked as depreciated then.

So please can one of you take care of this problem and have a look at these
extensions:
