[TYPO3-ttnews] tx_news overwrite demand has no effect

Check the settings of your list view plugin. If you set "Category mode" to "Don't care, show all" then you will not be able to overwrite them with overwriteDemand. You have to set the Plugin to e.g. "Show items with selected categories (OR)", and select some default categories. The you will be able to overwrite them via overwriteDemand from in the URL.
