[TYPO3-ttnews] Author of News Extended view

Hi - what is the best way to link an author of a news item to an extend bio 
page.

I want a tt-address list type page with links to detail page to full bio. 
These users should be able to author a news item and the detail page (bio) 
should be then accessible through either the Authors List page or the link 
in the news article??

Has anyone done this before??
