i think she meant that a news automaticly gets a new date
(so it is arranged at the beginning of lists when the normal date is
over...)

but i think such a feature is better placed in an extern event extension
for news (like:  roq_newsevent)...

but there this feature also is not realised...
that must be recurring events
(every time an event is over, the eventdate has to change in recurring
interval)
