[TYPO3-ttnews] Single (latest when no id given) view and list on the same page (ext:news)

Hi,

We looking for a solution to have a single view and a listview on the 
same page. And when there is no single id given the single view should 
show the latest item.

I fond that it is possible by use of typoscript. But since we use the 
news plugin through multiple (2) content elements on one page that 
doesn't work.

Has anyone accomplished something similar or maybe some hints how we can 
fix this?
