[TYPO3-ttnews] tx_news: new categories menu seems not to filter the news

I'm just looking into the new version 2.0.0 of the News System (TYPO3 
6.02 and 4.7.8) and would like to combine catmenu and  list view.

Both PlugIns are added to the same page; each of them is configured. 
I've tested catmenu  with a certain selection of categories and without. 
I used list view with its standard configuration showing all news. 
Everything is fine in the front end. But when I click categories in 
catmenu, then the filter does not work.

A parallel szenario with datemenu shows no problems.
Could anyone confirm this?
Could anyone verify that there are problems using catmenu?

I have looked into the flexform of the PlugIn, the configuration of EM 
and Typoscript and tried to find out if I overlooked something. But I 
did not find
