[TYPO3-ttnews] Import wordpress blogs into tx_news

Actually, there's a tool that moves TYPO3 content to WordPress - it's called cms2cms - http://www.cms2cms.com/
What this tool does, is the conversion of the site items, such as categories, posts, pages, images, attachment, etc via the connection bridge. The procedure is done automatedly and takes really little time. Also, cms2cms allows to implement 301 redirect from TYPO3 URLs to WordPress by providing you with the code, that you add to your config file and that's it. 

I heard the tool works well, but it's not compatible with design, extensions, and custom fields. If you are not sure, try demo, then you'll see whether it fits you or not.
