I thought that a crawler crawls the FE and takes the uri it finds there. 
If you have indexed once with false uri´s they´re still cached.

It´s just a guess, I didn´t check the EXT source for validity. So give 
it a try by clearing the indexed_search cache and maybe reindexing the 
realurl cache.
