[TYPO3-ttnews] Hide current displayed news in sidebar list (tx_news)

Hi,

I have a news list in a sidebar of my site and I'd like to hide the news 
from the list while displaying it as detail.

Where is the best place to add it now ?
- TYPOSCRIPT (hideCurrentDisplayedRecordInListView = 1 ;) )
- Fluid condition (is it possible ?)
- Use a hook (shouldn't it be a standard us ?)
	- how do you hook now after all the changes, any good tutorials?

I'm quiet new to the ExtBase and Fluid implementation, so sorry for the 
maybe dumb question.
