[TYPO3-ttnews] Change template for specific site

I found out that my site builds on a specific template file wich calls news.tmpl in fileadmin/templates/conTempl/news.tmpl.
If I change this tmpl-file the changings will take over immediately.

My question is where is the entry who tells the site that it should take news.tmpl as his template, so that I can build a new tmpl-file and assign it to this site?
