[TYPO3-ttnews] No news ID given after 2-24 hours

Hi

I have a 4 sites running in the same installation, and are using realurl, tt_news and typo3 4.5.29

The problem is that after 2-24 hours i get the message "no news id given", if i clear the cache, then the single news is displayed correct again for the next 2-24 hours.

I have really no clue how to fix it, is there any one that has an idear ?
