[TYPO3-ttnews] Localization generates new record

Hi,

I´m using tt_news in multi language environment.
In an old installation (TYPO3: 4.5.4/tt_news 2.5.2) my editors can 
localize some news records and everything works fine.
In a new installation (TYPO3: 4.7.4/tt_news 3.2.1) there is a strange 
issue. If an editor localize a news it´s not a child from the oroginal 
news, but a new record (without images,...).

Is this a bug in tt_news or a bug in TYPO3?
