[TYPO3-ttnews] allowed/visible categories in BE user group

In the case of tt_news (and loads of other extensions) that assumption 
is sadly not true. Maintenance is often at a very low level or has 
unfortunately stopped.
You can always try to contact the extension author to ask how you can help.
