[TYPO3-ttnews] allowed/visible categories in BE user group

tt_news still uses the old bugtracker and if you search for 
useListOfAllowedItems two issues come up. One of them [1] has the title:
"0014665: TSConfig-Setting 'options.useListOfAllowedItems' does not do 
it's work"

Even a search on Google [2] has this issue as the second item in the 
result list.
