[TYPO3-ttnews] rgmediaimagesttnews filer upload

I notice that rgmediaimagesttnews, which enables videos in tt_news, does 
not offer the option of uploading the videos from the user's computer.

Is there a way to enable that so videos can be uploaded just as images 
can be? (The particular users for whom we want to enable this ability 
are not allowed to upload directly into /fileadmin)
