[TYPO3-ttnews] category permissions when creating new

Hi!
I'm not sure what I
am missing. I have a usergroup assigned to every BE user. And in the group I
have selected every tt_news category for them to see. But when a user in that
group makes a new category, it is not visible. The admin user has to select it
in the User Admin group options. How can I make the categories automatically
visible to every user in that BE group?
