[TYPO3-ttnews] Pagination doesn't work in EXT:news 1.3.2

Hi,

I just tried to integrate EXT:news 1.3.2 in a website and can't get the 
pagination to work. Tried it with TYPO3 4.6 and 4.5. I did the following:

- included the static template
- created a sysfolder with 10 news entries
- created a page with the list plugin and pointed it to the sysfolder
- did set the max news items to 3

In the frontend I can now see the first 3 news items - but no 
pagination. Am I missing something or is this a bug?
