[TYPO3-ttnews] problem with a list in the detail page

EM is set to: "Both views are shown"

then in the page i have a detail plug and a list plug
if the list plug is
- if in "List View", it shows the detail of the news (using the url GET 
params
- if in "List View (without overloading Detail View)", i get this error:

#1313855175: The action "detail" (controller "News") is not allowed by 
this plugin.

(i'm on 4.7.7, tried with both TER 1.3.2 and with a more recent from git)
