[TYPO3-ttnews] Switch to news2

Hi,

I want to switch from tt_news to news2.
I have some questions before I gone switch:
- is news2 production stable?
- I use LIST2 on some pages. Can that be done with news2? I can't find
it.
  Also the LATEST view.
- I see the excludeAlreadyDisplayedNews option is planned for 2.0. Is
there
  some code available? I have pages with a LIST/LIST2 view where the
first
  records are shown in LIST and the rest in LIST2. I want to avoid
double news
  on the same page.
