[TYPO3-ttnews] news: Problem with linkViewHelper and hsc parameter

Since Ive updated from 1.1.0 to 1.2.3 Im running into problems with my 
links and htmlspecialchars. Ive updated the templates like described in 
"breaking changes" section of the doc but my links are rendered 
htmlspecialchared all the time.

Ive debugged this a little and the $hsc in 
Classes\ViewHelpers\LinkViewHelper.php is always TRUE. Even when the 
marker in the template is set to false. Any idea what could be wrong? Im 
not that familiar with fluid yet and have no clue where to search.

Im using TYPO 4.5.7 with fluid 1.3.0 and TV 1.6.0
