[TYPO3-ttnews] Thoughts about news2

OK, here we go:

In <mailman.1.1294146611.2296.typo3-project-tt-news at lists.typo3.org>, 
Georg announced that he's working on "news2", an extension build "from 
scratch" that is based on extbase/fluid, and he asked if there are 
things that are unused, "must have and very well done"-features and 
other that's that should be kept in mind.

So, let's start this new thread to collect anything that comes in mind :-)

And, not to forget: Ideas how to help Georg are welcome as well!
