[TYPO3-ttnews] Tt_news 2.0.4 -> 3.0.1 upgrade with 1231 template references

Hi list,



I’m currently working on a very big Typo3 website which is using tt_news
2.0.4.



We will upgrade the tt_news extension to 3.0.1 because the old version will
copy every template reference to uploads/tt_news/ map. At this moment this
tt_news installation has 1231 template references many of which are double.

Does the upgrade script check inside the database and /uploads/tt_news/ for
templates for the same content or does anyone know if there is already
written a script which will clean up the double template references?
